Job Summary
Provide compassionate nursing care to residents, administer medications and treatments, and conduct daily rounds to monitor physical and emotional status. Supervise CNAs and nursing staff, develop work assignments, and ensure compliance with facility policies and safety regulations. Maintain accurate documentation, complete incident reports, and coordinate with physicians and families regarding resident care plans and discharge needs. Ensure treatment areas are clean and safe while managing medication passes and equipment supplies.
