Provide comprehensive care to critically ill infants during transport while utilizing expanded critical care nursing skills to recognize and intervene in life-threatening emergencies. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including nurses, social workers, chaplains, and families to ensure safe patient delivery. Work in a rotating 12-hour day/night schedule with every third weekend off, including occasional evening and night on-call coverage.
