RN NICU PRN Nights

RN NICU PRN Nights - Lead and coordinate complex pediatric critical care nursing in the NICU, evaluating vital signs and monitoring life support technologies, applying knowledge of complex patient conditions including psycho/social needs, maintaining a safe environment, engaging with patients and families, preventing and treating wounds, ensuring infection control and environment of care, and ensuring continuity of care with the care team. Collaborate with nursing supervisors to meet overall patient needs, educate patients and families, and contribute to a compassionate, high-quality care experience for every patient (Nights shift, Louisiana).
