RN - NICU / PRN

RN - NICU position in a PRN capacity at Mercy Hospital (W Memorial Rd) focused on neonatal patient care in the NICU. Uses the nursing process to deliver patient care, coordinates care with other departments, maintains patient rights and confidentiality, and provides professional accountability for care delivery. Requires BLS certification, an active RN license or compact licensure, and ability to meet physical demands (lifting up to 50 pounds). Responsibilities include evaluating the effectiveness of care provided by direct care givers and collaborating within the care team to ensure quality neonatal care.
