Job Summary
RN - NICU PRN at Mercy Hospital in Guthrie, OK. Provides neonatal patient care utilizing the nursing process, coordinates patient care with other departments, maintains patient rights and confidentiality, and upholds professional accountability. Requires graduation from an accredited registered nursing program and an active RN license in the hiring state or compact licensure; BLS certification (American Heart Association) or successful completion within 30 days of hire. Must meet physical requirements including lifting up to 50 pounds and prolonged standing/walking. Mercy offers benefits including medical/dental/vision, PTO, and tuition support for team members working 32+ hours per pay period.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program
- Current RN license in hiring state and/or compact license
- Basic Life Support certification (or obtained within 30 days of hire)
- Ability to lift 50 pounds, standing/walking, and mobility requirements
