Job Summary
RN in NICU (PRN) providing patient care using the nursing process, coordinating patient care with other departments, and maintaining patient rights and confidentiality. Duties include evaluating care effectiveness, ensuring professional accountability, and complying with unit-specific certifications as required. Must meet licensure requirements and maintain an active RN license; BLS certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire. Required Qualifications
- Education: Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program
- Licensure: Current RN license in hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed
- Basic Life Support certification (American Heart Association) or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire
