Job Summary
Provide critical care during ground transport for neonatal and pediatric patients up to 18 years old. Collaborate closely with MDs, ARNPs, and RTs to ensure the highest level of care while maintaining flexibility, independence, and initiative in a dynamic environment. Demonstrate strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills to manage patient needs during transit. This role is part of Providence Swedish's NICU PEDS Transport team at Swedish First Hill in Seattle, supporting the ground transport of premature neonates.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Washington Registered Nurse License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- National Provider PALS - American Heart Association
- National Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics
- 1 year Nursing experience
