Job Summary
Conduct neonatal intensive care unit patient care as a registered nurse with one year of nursing experience. Maintain Oregon RN licensure and hold current BLS certification, with NRP certification completed within 90 days of hire. Deliver whole-person care to vulnerable patients across weekday and weekend shifts in a part-time capacity (0.6 or 0.75 FTE). Eligible candidates may qualify for an $8,000 sign-on bonus, night shift differential, and comprehensive benefits including tuition reimbursement, retirement matching, and caregiver assistance programs.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- National Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics within 90 days of hire
- 1 year Nursing experience
