Job Summary
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients from birth through the lifecycle while maintaining organizational standards of practice. Coordinate patient care activities for all assigned staff to ensure quality care delivery. Maintain current Georgia State Licensure as a Registered Nurse or NLC/eNLC Multistate License, along with Basic Life Support certification. This new graduate position requires no prior experience but prefers one year in a hospital setting. Located in Piedmont Columbus Midtown, this role supports the company's commitment to professional growth and accountability within the NICU unit.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from a recognized, accredited school of nursing
- New Graduates of a nursing program eligible
- RN - Registered Nurse - Georgia State Licensure and/or NLC/eNCL Multistate Licensure
- Current License in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or NLC/eNLC Multistate License
- BCLS - Basic Life Support
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Nursing Experience in Hospital Setting
- 1 year in a hospital setting for PRN positions
- Advanced certification in field of specialty
