Job Summary
Deliver specialized neonatal intensive care to critically ill newborns and their families while maintaining round-the-clock patient monitoring and rapid response to medical emergencies. Manage comprehensive care plans for infants, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including physicians and respiratory therapists, and ensure strict adherence to infection control protocols and safety standards. Provide compassionate, whole-person care aligned with organizational values of understanding and mutual respect. Requires a Washington Registered Nurse License, two years of nursing experience, and BLS/NRP certification upon hire. Full-time schedule with multiple shift options available at Providence Regional Medical Center Everett.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Washington Registered Nurse License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- National Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics
- 2 years of Nursing experience
