RN - NICU (Level IV)

RN - NICU (Level IV) at Swedish First Hill requires full-time night shift staff providing expert neonatal care across a 12-hour schedule. Responsibilities include assessing and diagnosing patient needs, planning and implementing individualized care plans, monitoring patient conditions and ensuring safe and effective care across the continuum; advocating for patients and families; facilitating learning for patients, families, students and clinical staff; ensuring safety and quality in practice; pursuing ongoing professional development and leading care coordination within the inter-professional team. A Washington RN license and pediatric NRP requirement, plus BLS certification, are required at hire. The role emphasizes evidence-based practice, leadership in the clinical setting, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
