Job Summary
Assess, identify nursing diagnoses, and implement patient care plans to optimize outcomes and transitions across the care continuum. Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions while advocating for ethical, holistic care that promotes autonomy and dignity. Coordinate care with inter-professional teams, delegate appropriately, and facilitate learning for patients, families, and nursing staff. Maintain currency of essential competencies and engage in ongoing professional development aligned with the Nurse Practice Act and specialty standards. Accountable for safety, identifying problems, and integrating evidence-based practice to improve patient, self, and environmental safety.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Washington Registered Nurse License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- National Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics
- 1 year Nursing experience
- Full time
