Job Summary
RN NICU at Shea Medical Center (HonorHealth) in Scottsdale, AZ, for night shift in Neonatal Intensive Care. Requires 1+ year NICU experience; RN role guided by ANA standards; responsibilities include assessment, developing and implementing care plans, administering medications and IV therapies, operating medical equipment, patient and family education, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. Precepts new staff and students; supports ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice. Education includes BSN completion for diploma/ADN hires within 60 months or equivalent RN experience; BLS certification required; sign-on bonus available.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years NICU experience
- RN license in State of Arizona or Compact State
- BSN preferred or completion plan as described in education section
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
