Registered Nurse in NICU providing general supervision and coordination of nursing staff on shift (including weekends/holidays) to ensure quality patient care. Utilizes the nursing process for patient assessment, planning, and care interventions; collaborates with physicians and other clinicians in planning and implementing patient care; may have additional duties within scope of role. Education usually includes a Nursing degree with BSN preferred; active RN licensure and basic life support are required.
