Job Summary
NICU RN position in Bozeman MT requiring Montana RN licensure, BLS, NRP, and STABLE; full-time 36 hours/week night shifts. Role involves comprehensive data collection and assessment, diagnosing, planning and implementing individualized care plans, leading and collaborating with care teams, educating patients and families, promoting safe practices, and contributing to quality nursing practice and professional development. Includes stroke education requirements and alignment with hospital policies, culture of excellence, and leadership in the professional practice setting.
Required Qualifications
- Montana Licensure as a Registered Nurse
- American Heart Association BLS
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program Provider within 6 months and recertification every 2 years
- STABLE certification within 1 year of hire and recertification every 2 years
- Minimum experience not specified but NICU/Labor & Delivery/ED/ICU preferred
