Job Summary
Assess patients' physical, psychosocial, and spiritual needs through observation, interviews, and clinical data review. Develop and implement individualized plans of care while evaluating patient responses to ensure optimal outcomes. Demonstrate competency in therapeutic interventions including IVs, wound care, medication administration, and specimen collections. Document ongoing status, interventions, and outcomes accurately using information technology to support decision-making. Provide patient and family education based on their learning readiness and needs. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to advocate for patient safety and rights. Maintain confidential patient charts and records in accordance with nursing standards.
Required Qualifications
- Associates Degree in Nursing
- Nursing Diploma or by endorsement
- RN License in state of employment
- Medium Work exert/lift up to 50 lbs. force occasionally, and/or up to 20 lbs. frequently, and/or up to 10lbs. constantly
- at least six months of direct RN experience
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Nursing
- One (1) year experience
