Job Summary
RN - NICU at Providence Portland Medical Center is a 0.9 FTE full-time night-shift position with weekdays and weekends. Eligible external hires may receive an $8,000 sign-on bonus. Night shift differential of $10.00 per hour. On-site benefits include parking, transportation subsidies, tuition reimbursement up to $5,250/year for select programs, generous PTO, retirement plan with employer match, and caregiver support programs. Requires graduation from an accredited nursing program, RN license in the state of care, BLS and NRP within specified timelines, and 1 year of nursing experience. This is an on-site role based in Portland, OR with posted pay range of $57.90-$84.50/hour (base pay; additional incentives may apply).
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Registered Nurse License upon hire
- License in state where care is delivered
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- National Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics within 90 days of hire
- 1 year Nursing experience
