RN New to Specialty Training - Labor & Delivery (Must have Post Partum exp)

Assess patient needs and conditions in Labor & Delivery, develop individualized plans of care, and implement interventions to achieve expected outcomes. Collaborate with physicians and ancillary personnel, perform aseptic techniques, and maintain infection prevention standards. Provide patient and family education, discharge planning, and respect for privacy and dignity. Participate in creating a learning environment by mentoring colleagues and students while engaging in ongoing educational seminars. Adhere to regulatory standards, complete mandatory training modules, and maintain accurate EMR documentation. Requires active Arizona RN license, BLS, ACLS, NRP within 90 days, and Intermediate Fetal Heart Monitoring within 6 months.
