RN New to Emergency Room

Assess patient physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs through observation, interviews, and medical record review. Develop and implement patient plans of care, evaluate outcomes, and intervene to ensure optimal results. Demonstrate competency in therapeutic interventions including IVs, wound care, medication administration, and specimen collections. Document patient status and interventions accurately using information technology to support decision-making. Provide patient and family education based on learning readiness and advocate for patient safety and rights. Work 0.90 FTE nights from 7pm to 7:30am. Requires one year of recent Med/Surg RN hospital experience and an Associate Degree in Nursing. Based at St. Anthony Hospital's Level I Trauma Center in Lakewood, Colorado, offering a $20,000 sign-on bonus and up to $8,000 relocation assistance.
