Job Summary
New Grad RN Residency program spanning Presbyterian Hospital and affiliated facilities in Albuquerque, NM and Rio Rancho, NM, offering a year-long Transition to Practice experience with full-time in-training roles and benefits. Residents will work across multiple units (e.g., Critical Care, Emergency, Medical/Surgical, Family Birthing/Mother-Baby, Pediatric and NICU/ PICU, Operating Room) and earn continuing education credits; program includes tuition/certification reimbursement opportunities, loan forgiveness options, and sign-on/relocation bonuses. Hours are variable and include night/weekend shifts; successful candidates will be newly graduated or within 12 months of licensure, possess an NM RN license, and hold an associate degree in nursing (BSN preferred). Required Qualifications
- Current New Mexico Registered Nurse license or Compact State Nursing License
- Associate Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
