Job Summary
RN New Grad Residency program at Presbyterian Healthcare Services across multiple NM facilities. Year-long Transition to Practice Nurse Residency for newly graduated or recently licensed nurses, with full benefits while hired as "in training". Units include Critical Care, Emergency, Progressive Care, Medical/Surgical, Family Birthing/Mother-Baby, Pediatric Care (Pediatric ICU, NICU, Inpatient Hematology/Oncology), Operating Room. Program emphasizes continuing education credits, tuition/certification reimbursement, loan forgiveness, sign-on and relocation bonuses, and safety resources. Hours are variable with full-time status and 0.90 FTE. Eligible candidates must have NM RN license and nursing degree (BSN preferred).
