RN - New Grad Residency

Presbyterian Hospital seeks new graduate RNs for a year-long Transition to Practice Nurse Residency across multiple NM sites. The program supports education and career development with tuition and certification reimbursement, scholarship opportunities, and a wearable safety badge. Residents will be hired as full-time staff in training with full benefits, and may receive sign-on and relocation bonuses. Units include Critical Care, Emergency Department, Progressive Care, Medical/Surgical, Family Birthing/Mother-Baby, Pediatric Care, Pediatric ICU, Neonatal ICU, Inpatient Hematology/Oncology, Inpatient Pediatric Hematology/Oncology, and Operating Room. Hours are varied and sites include Presbyterian Hospital and related facilities; participation in the program is required at multiple Presbyterian locations.
