RN New Grad/Nurse Residency

Perform comprehensive patient assessments, identify needs, and initiate appropriate interventions while communicating effectively with patients, families, and team members. Manage time and prioritize care in a fast-paced environment by demonstrating adaptability and resilience. Participate in a mandatory 12-month Nurse Residency Program featuring paid clinical support, one-on-one preceptorship, and structured phases covering clinical competence, culture transition, and leadership development. Complete a capstone project focused on evidence-based practice. Work three 12-hour shifts (days or nights) every other weekend. Join a dedicated team at a 250-bed academic acute care hospital recognized by the American College of Cardiology and American College of Surgeons.
