Job Summary
RN New Grad, Nurse Residency Program in Indiana. BAYADA’s paid Nurse Residency Program helps new grads build confidence, clinical competence, and real-world experience from day one with 1:1 support, hands-on training, and trusted mentorship. Openings across Indianapolis and surrounding areas, plus additional opportunities in Fort Wayne. Roles include full-time daytime and overnight shifts, 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts, with weekly pay and PTO. Eligible graduates will join a nationally recognized home health care provider offering ANCC-accredited residency, simulation labs, and a strong culture focused on growth, diversity, and local client care. Requires active IN nursing license or pending licensure with NCLEX date; graduate of an accredited nursing program.
