RN New Grad

Assess patient needs and initiate appropriate nursing interventions while ensuring patient comfort and safety. Perform timely and accurate documentation relating to medical necessity and complete revisions of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient. Conduct QI assessments and perform other duties as assigned in a collaborative environment focused on high-quality care. Requires current state RN license, BSN, and BLS certification within 30 days; ACLS and PALS required within six months. One year of experience preferred. Located at National Park Medical Center in Hot Springs, Arkansas.
