Assess patient conditions during admission and each scheduled shift, promptly identifying and reporting any changes in patient status. Perform procedures, monitor patients, administer prescribed medications, and ensure thorough documentation of care administration in the medical record. Provide exceptional care by responding promptly to patient requests, proactively anticipating needs, and resolving them. Educate patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions, treatment plans, medications, side effects, and follow-up measures. Maintain an active SC or compact state nursing license with Basic Cardiac Life Support obtained within 30 days of employment.
