Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide patient care for assigned patients in the Neuro Stepdown unit during night shifts. Maintain professional accountability for care provision and evaluate the effectiveness of care delivered by other direct care givers. Coordinate patient care in conjunction with other departments while ensuring patient rights and confidentiality are upheld. Work alongside experienced nurses and collaborative care teams within a supportive learning environment. New graduate and experienced nurses are welcome to join this role.
