Utilize the nursing process to provide patient care for assigned patients in the Neuro Stepdown unit, maintaining professional accountability and evaluating care effectiveness. Coordinate patient care with other departments while upholding patient rights and confidentiality. Participate in an 8–16 week hands-on clinical training experience featuring one-on-one mentoring, preceptor support, and structured classroom sessions focused on key skills. Receive leadership guidance from nurse educators and unit leaders within a supportive learning environment designed to build clinical confidence and critical thinking.
