RN - Neuro Stepdown, Nights

Utilize the nursing process to provide patient care for assigned patients in the Neuro Stepdown unit. Maintain professional accountability for care provision and evaluate the effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers. Coordinate patient care in conjunction with other departments while ensuring patient rights and confidentiality are upheld. This role is open to new graduate nurses or those with one year of experience, with a sign-on bonus of up to $5,000 for new graduates or $10,000 for experienced nurses. Applicants must be eligible for the 8–16 week RN Residency Program, which includes hands-on clinical training, one-on-one mentoring, and structured classroom learning.
