RN - Neuro Stepdown, Nights

Utilize the nursing process to provide patient care and maintain professional accountability for assigned patients in the Neuro Stepdown unit. Evaluate the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers and coordinate patient care in conjunction with other departments. Maintain patient rights and confidentiality of patient information while performing duties consistent with Mercy Service Standards. This 8–16 week hands-on clinical training experience provides structured support through one-on-one mentoring, preceptor support, and classroom learning focused on key nursing skills. You will receive leadership guidance from nurse educators and unit leaders within a supportive environment where questions are encouraged. New graduate nurses and experienced nurses are welcome to join this team.
