RN needed for a Neuro Step Down unit to provide care for patients recovering from neurosurgery or neurological injuries on a 29-bed unit. Role includes participation in a Nurse Residency Program for new graduates, opportunities for educational and certification reimbursement, and support resources. Full-time position with 0.90 FTE and 12-hour night shifts. Requires NM or compact RN license and BLS certification; hospital offers malpractice coverage and various professional development supports.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Associate Degree from an accredited nursing program
- Registered Nurse license in State of New Mexico or compact state license
- BLS certification REQUIRED at time of hire
