RN - Neuro Step Down Hybrid

RN in Neuro Step Down hybrid unit cross-trained to ICU serving mixed acuity neuro surgical patients, transplants, and high-risk progressive care cases. Role includes potential monthly ICU float, opportunity for sign-on and relocation bonuses, and access to tuition/certification reimbursement. Requires an associate degree from an accredited nursing program and NM or compact-state RN licensure; BLS certification at time of hire. Includes EPIC electronic charting, safety initiatives, and differential/night/weekend shift considerations. The unit covers 4D Neuro-specialty and 5C Progressive Care with diverse acute/chronic conditions, and new graduates are encouraged to apply.
