Job Summary
RN in Neuro Step Down Hybrid cross-trains to ICU, providing intermediate care in a Neuro Specialty Unit with potential monthly ICU float; role includes cross-training to ICU, handling mixed higher-acuity patients (neuro surgical, transplants, and chronic/acute illnesses), with sign-on and relocation available. The unit encompasses 4D Neuro-specialty Hybrid and 5C Progressive Care, offers tuition/certification reimbursement, leadership opportunities, and EPIC charting; candidates range from new graduates to experienced RNs.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse license in NM or Compact State (NM or Compact State Nursing License)
- BLS certification REQUIRED at time of hire
- Minimum Associate Degree in Nursing
- Degree from accredited nursing program preferred
- Education specialization: Nursing
