Job Summary
RN in Neuro Step Down with hybrid (progressive/acute care) responsibilities, cross-trained to ICU, caring for high-acuity patients including trachs and drips, option to float to ICU monthly, open to new graduates and experienced RNs, sign-on bonus and relocation available, 4D Neuro-specialty Hybrid and 5C Progressive Care units, working in a mixed patient population including neuro surgical patients, renal and hepatic transplant cases, CHF/renal failure/respiratory failure, and other acute/chronic illnesses. The role emphasizes continued education, tuition/certification reimbursement, safety measures (wearable badge), and opportunities for lead roles, along with EPIC charting system usage; requires an Associate degree in nursing and NM nursing license, with BLS required at hire.
