Job Summary
RN - Neuro PCU, PRN, Nights responsibilities include providing nursing care to patients from birth through the lifecycle using nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care within organizational policies; coordinating patient care activities of all assigned staff to deliver quality nursing care; ensuring standards of practice are maintained and professional growth and accountability are demonstrated. The role requires licensure as an RN in Georgia (or NLC/eNLC multistate license), BCLS certification, and appropriate specialty certification as applicable; new graduates are eligible for PRN opportunities; hospital experience preferred. Education required: graduation from an accredited nursing program; bachelors degree preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from a recognized, accredited school of nursing
- RN - Georgia State Licensure and/or NLC/eNCL Multistate Licensure (Current License in the State of Georgia)
- BCLS - Basic Life Support Required
- Advanced certification in field of specialty (if applicable)
- No experience required; new graduates eligible
- Nursing Experience in Hospital Setting Preferred
- 1 year in a hospital setting for PRN positions Preferred
