Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments, reassessments, and discharge planning for high-risk neuro patients on night shift. Administer medications, manage IV fluids and parenteral nutrition, and provide specialized care including restraint protocols and pain management. Collaborate with the health team to coordinate daily plans of care, perform accurate handoff communications, and document all interventions and physician orders. Monitor patient conditions, recognize risks, and implement infection control practices while maintaining a safe environment.
