RN Neuro ICU PRN

Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in the Neuro ICU, conducting thorough assessments, administering medications, and managing complex medical equipment like ventilators. Respond to medical emergencies, perform procedures such as central line insertions, and collaborate with physicians to develop individualized care plans. Document all findings and education promptly while adhering to infection control protocols and National Patient Safety Goals. Participate in audits, chart reviews, and performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes. Requires 0-2 years of acute care experience, RN licensure, and ACLS certification.
