RN Neuro Acute/Spine

Perform the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation using evidence-based practice. Coordinate safe, quality patient care through interdisciplinary rounds, case reviews, and timely documentation while partnering with patients and families. Mentor staff and students, lead performance improvement initiatives, and participate in shared governance activities. Develop protocols to reduce re-admissions and adverse events. Complete mandatory education, competency assessments, and preceptor duties. Requires 2 years of neuro acute/spine experience, BLS, ACLS, and Epic/3M proficiency. Night shift.
