RN Neuro Acute/Spine PRN

Perform the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation using evidence-based practice. Coordinate care through interdisciplinary rounds, case reviews, and bedside shift reports while partnering with patients and significant others. Document safe quality patient care and participate in performance improvement activities, research utilization, and shared governance. Mentor preceptors and staff to ensure a qualified workforce and model professional practice. Uphold organizational policies, TJC safety goals, and clinical competencies while proactively planning care across the continuum. Participate in protocol development to decrease re-admission rates and avoidable days. Requires 2 years of neuro acute/spine experience, RN license, BLS, ACLS, and Epic/3M proficiency.
