RN Neuro Acute/Spine PRN

Perform the nursing process using evidence-based practice to deliver individualized, relationship-based care for neuro acute and spine patients. Coordinate interdisciplinary rounds, case reviews, and timely documentation while partnering with patients and families to set and update care goals. Lead performance improvement initiatives, research utilization, and shared governance activities to promote safe, quality patient outcomes. Serve as a preceptor or mentor to ensure a qualified future workforce. Complete all mandatory education, competency assessments, and clinical protocols. Maintain current RN licensure and ACLS certification. Minimum two years of experience in the specified area is required, with Epic and 3M system proficiency preferred.
