RN Neuro Acute/Spine PRN

Perform the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation for acute and spine patients using evidence-based practice. Coordinate interdisciplinary rounds, case reviews, and patient teaching while documenting care and maintaining a respectful clinical environment. Partner with patients and families to set goals and adapt service delivery to cultural diversity. Mentor staff and students, lead performance improvement initiatives, and participate in shared governance activities. Develop protocols to reduce re-admissions and adverse events while utilizing resources efficiently. Complete mandatory education, competency assessments, and preceptor duties. Requires 2 years of acute/spine experience, RN license, BLS/ACLS, and Epic/3M system proficiency.
