RN Neuro Acute/Spine PRN

Perform the nursing process using evidence-based practice, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation for neuro acute and spine patients. Coordinate interdisciplinary communication through rounds and case reviews while maintaining timely documentation. Partner with patients and families to set goals and provide bedside teaching. Complete mandatory education, competency assessments, and serve as a preceptor or mentor. Participate in performance improvement initiatives, research utilization, and protocol development to reduce re-admissions and adverse events. Adhere to Wellstar Health System policies, TJC safety goals, and legal regulatory standards. Requires 2 years of experience in the specified area, RN license, BLS, ACLS, and Epic/3M data entry proficiency.
