Assess individualized patient needs, implement evidence-based care, and educate families during neonatology follow-up clinics using a family-centered approach. Ensure clinic workflows comply with regulatory policies while documenting according to organizational standards. Engage with the workplace community by participating in data collection, auditing, and reporting quality improvement updates to staff. Maintain smooth clinic flow by addressing patient and parent concerns alongside providers. Requires BLS certification, Ohio RN licensure, and a Bachelor's degree within five years of hire. Monday and Friday shifts from 8:00 to 4:30 PM.
