Job Summary
Implement the nursing process within Sanford Health by assessing, diagnosing, establishing plans with outcome criteria, intervening, and documenting human responses to actual or potential health problems. Perform dependent, interdependent, and independent functions across the continuum of care. Requires current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice, a Bachelor's degree in nursing (preferred), and minimum 400 hours of RN experience or supervised clinical training. Part-time schedule of 24 weekly hours on 12-hour night shifts at Woodsedge in Bemidji, MN. Eligible employees receive a $12,000 bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Graduated from an accredited school or college of nursing
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state, or states, of practice
- Minimum of 400 hours of experience as a RN (or LPN) at another facility
- Certification (if required depending on specialty or service area)
- Drug screen
- Pre-employment background screening
