Job Summary
Implement the nursing process by assessing, diagnosing, establishing care plans, intervening, and documenting human responses to actual or potential health problems. Perform dependent, interdependent, and independent nursing functions within Sanford Health's continuum of care. Maintain current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice. Work 12-hour night shifts on a part-time schedule totaling 24 weekly hours. Eligible employees receive a $12,000 bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Must have graduated from an accredited school or college of nursing
- Must have attended a pre-licensure nursing program that included supervised clinical experience across the life span as part of the curriculum
- Must have had a minimum of 400 hours of experience as a RN (or LPN) at another facility
- Requires current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state, or states, of practice
- Certification may be required depending on specialty or service area
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred
