Job Summary
Assess, diagnose, establish plans with outcome criteria, intervene, and evaluate human responses to actual or potential health problems while documenting dependent, interdependent, and independent functions. Implement the nursing process within Sanford Health and the continuum of care across the life span. Requires current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice and a Bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred. This part-time overnight shift at Woodsedge in Bemidji, MN, includes 12-hour rotations with a weekly schedule of 24 hours and a $12,000 bonus for eligible employees.
Required Qualifications
- Graduated from an accredited school or college of nursing
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state, or states, of practice
- Minimum of 400 hours of experience as a RN (or LPN) at another facility
- Certification (if required depending on specialty or service area)
- Drug screen
- Pre-employment background screening
