RN - Neilson Place - Part Time Evenings

The RN prepares and delivers individualized resident nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, evaluation). Collaborates with residents, families, and an interdisciplinary team to plan, implement, and evaluate care; may serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel; adheres to the Nurse Practice Act and relevant standards; supports care across preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment; coordinates care, conducts resident assessments, provides education, and executes various nursing interventions.
