Job Summary
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) and collaborates with residents, families, and an interdisciplinary team to plan, implement, and evaluate care. Cares for residents across preventive care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment. May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel, ensuring safe, reliable administration of resident care. Practices within the Nurse Practice Act and standards of nursing practice. Requires RN licensure in the practicing state; BSN is preferred. This is a part-time evening-shift role (8-hour shifts), located in Bemidji, MN, with 24 weekly hours. Required Qualifications
- Must have graduated from an accredited school or college of nursing.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred.
- Minimum of 400 hours of RN (or LPN) experience at another facility or equivalent supervised clinical experience.
- Certification may be required depending on specialty or service area.
