RN - Neilson Place - Part Time Evenings

The Registered Nurse provides individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) and collaborates with residents, families, and an inter-disciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate care. May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel. Ensures safe and reliable administration of resident care, adheres to the Nurse Practice Act and applicable standards, and supports care coordination and resident education across all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment.
