Job Summary
RN - night shift position at Sanford Health in Bemidji, MN. The registered nurse is responsible for implementing the nursing process across the continuum of care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning with outcome criteria, intervention, evaluation, and documentation of patient responses. Practice includes dependent, interdependent, and independent functions; licensure in applicable states is required; BSN preferred. Required Qualifications
- Must have graduated from an accredited school or college of nursing
- Bachelor‘s degree in nursing is preferred
- minimum of 400 hours of experience as a RN (or LPN) at another facility or completed supervised clinical experience across the life span
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state, or states, of practice; licensure in states where patients reside for telephonic nursing
- Certification may be required depending on specialty or service area
